Wanna know how bad I am at New Year Resolutions?
One of my new year resolutions was to start blogging more often ... crickets ... it's March.
I've always been a fan of the phrase "better late than never", so here I am. While there are a number of other resolutions that I failed at, I thought I would really try and get started on this one (the fact that it is two months late is irrelevant). LATELY, I've been super busy loving on my sweet, perfectly perfect angel of a baby (I'm biased AND honest) and mixing in various activities such as becoming a master chef (thats a joke), watching real housewives (Thaaaaaat's true), and spending a lot of time surrounded by friends and family (so grateful!)
Clearwater is wonderful. I was at the beach in January and February and quite honestly could've been there way more often if I was just following the weather. It's gorgeous. Before all you northerners that are dealing with the "polar vortex" ( as far as i know this is a real thing) get all huffy and puffy please know that by May 1st when you are starting to enjoy the warm peaceful sunshine of Spring...I will be sweating profusely with hair and make up matted and absolutely unable to enjoy the outdoors in any capacity. So there's that. For now, I will enjoy runs without heat exhaustion and laying on the sand without third degree burns:)
My baby girl is TEN MONTHS old. I find this to be crazy. I feel like she was just a huge bowling ball in my stomach, taking up way to much room, and using my ribs as her own personal drum set. Now she is all sorts of her own little human. Walking, babbling, laughing (i feel more AT me than with me), and examining everything. It is seriously the greatest joy I've ever experienced watching this little person grow and at the same time, soo unbelievable. Time is flying and I'm just trying to hold on to each moment as it happens. Thank goodness for Iphotos.
I appreciate you reading this random, "who are you and where have you been" post:) I will try my best to update and keep with my "resolution".
BYE, for now.
